Healthy Emotions

 

167Healthy Emotions is a therapeutic process group for adult women;specifically those experiencing anxiety or depression symptoms. This ongoing group provides a place to work together and learn effective tools for managing healthy emotions. Each group session will include a discussion topic as well as time for participants to discuss personal goals and get support.

 

Please call the office for current group times. Group participants will be asked to make at least a four month commitment.

 

During the group sessions, each person will have an opportunity to share current concerns and receive feedback. The group environment will be a safe place to be open about issues in managing and encouraging healthy emotions.

 

This group is ongoing and the size is kept small to maximize individual participation. Each client will be asked to attend a diagnostic interview to assess their appropriateness for the group before starting. To register for this group contact Colleen, the PCG Client Care Advocate or Kim at 763-427-2590.

 

Please have your insurance information ready. Kim is an in-network provider for most major insurance companies. The group is also available out-of-pocket for those not wishing to bill insurance.
